So like just about all of us guys, I don’t want my arms to be skinny or flabby. See I used to have some extremely small biceps. It was pretty much like the muscles were not even there….you know? Like the straight up stick arm. I wouldn’t particularly say they made me feel insecure or embarrassed. However, I would be lying if I said they did not at all provide a source of emotional discomfort of some sort, especially when I was out at the pool in public. However, the incident that really made me want to do something about my tweety bird arms was a fairly recent trip/vacation with a group of 6 girl and 4 guy friends with me being the fifth guy. The guys that had the bigger biceps and thus better looking physiques always seemed to be the ones getting more attention from the girls. Did that make me a little envious? Yes of course but more so I felt a little inadequate.  Deep down, I had always wished for bigger biceps but up until my little beach trip, I just never really cared enough to actually go to the gym and work out or even just work out at the house. Talking about desperately longing for big biceps fast; this was a time I wanted them so bad.

Well, guess what, I started working out but I really didn’t seem to be getting anywhere. There’s a simple reason for that; I just didn’t quite know what I was doing. Every end result you are looking to achieve has a method and if you don’t know the particular method, it’s going to take you so much longer to achieve your goal. My method was my problem. I had an idea (or at least I thought so) of the sort of exercises I needed to be doing in order to get big biceps fast but later on I came to realize that I hadn’t a clue. Besides the fact that he looks like someone that knows how to pack on some big biceps fast, this guy has coached more than 130 students and has won quite a few body building contests. What made me feel even more comfortable and excited about learning how to get big biceps fast from this guy in particular was the fact that he has been working on techniques for fast muscle gain in the arms for over 19 years. I figured he must obviously know what he’s talking about. Well, seeing that getting a personal trainer was a little too much for me, I figured that Lee’s program to build big biceps fast provided the perfect alternative. I decided to try it hoping not to get disappointed. Well, that turned out to be one of the best decsions I’ve made in a long time. I got what I wanted – big biceps fast! Four exercises to build big biceps fast

Four simple exercises that will help develop big biceps fast.

I think trying to build big biceps fast is my new hobby. I would never have thought of myself as a fitness enthusiast and if you mention my name to anyone that knows me personally and associate it to the word muscular, they would probably burst out laughing or have a confused look on their face wondering if the two of you were discussing the same person.  Ever since I started using Lee Hayward’s program to build big biceps fast, I’ve become so much more knowledgeable about working out.

Quite simply put, I think biceps are a joy to train for just about anyone and I believe the reason for this is because the pump feeling you get from training them is unlike any other muscle. Well, here are four basic and very simple bicep exercises you can use to help develop big biceps fast

Big biceps fast exercise 1 – Barbell Curls: Performing barbell curls is one of the best exercises you can do to develop those bicep muscles. Barbell curls enable you to use a range of grip widths which will all hit different parts of the biceps thus resulting in fuller development. Another good thing about them is that you can gradually add weight to the bar thus causing some degree of overload. If you prefer, you can also use cables to do these curls but they’re not quite as effective. However, it’s good to throw them into the routine every now and then to mix things up and confuse the muscles a bit.

Big biceps fast exercise 2 – Dumbbell Curls: Dumbbell curls are an exercise you have to perform if you want to fully develop your biceps because they work the biceps muscles in a unique way. They provide a good mix of an isolation style. Dumbbell curls are pretty easy to understand and perform but a lot of guys tend to struggle with doing them because they are more concerned with trying to use bigger and heavier dumbbells instead of using the appropriate weights and doing them correctly. If you want to get big biceps fast, pay greater attention to the quality of your exercise instead of the quantity of your weights.

Big biceps fast exercise 3 – Incline Curls: These are great because they hit the biceps in yet another unique way and isolate the biceps really well. The form of incline curls is easy to put into practice and they will stretch your bicep muscles in a way that no other exercise will. That is why it is extremely important to make sure your bicep muscles are properly warmed up before you perform them otherwise you run the risk of straining or pulling your biceps. If your unlucky enough, you can possibly tear your biceps muscles if you don’t warm up; inwhich case you can say ‘goodbye’ to getting big biceps fast for a while.  Your level of incline with these curls can also be varied so as to ensure fuller bicep development.

Big biceps fast exercise 4 – Concentration Curls: Concentration curls are a very useful addition to your bicep workout. Because they isolate the biceps extremely well, you can really concentrate on using the biceps during the lift without getting as much help from the rest of your body. These curls will give you a really good pump and contraction. The downside of concentration curls is that you won’t be able to use as much weight since the exercise is so concentrated on the biceps and the biceps on their own are pretty small muscles compared to certain muscles in other parts of the body.

Why you want big biceps fast

Big biceps fast: we all want them!

Every guy wants big biceps fast. This is especially true of the guys that have small ones to begin with. Some may wonder why but that’s just the way it is. On a very basic level, think of this for instance…Clint Eastwood would not have been as intimidating as he was playing the role of “Dirty” Harry Callahan if all he pulled out was a tiny .22 caliber pistol to get his point across. He knew that in order to make the bad guys’ knees shake and the ladies’ legs quiver, a magnum .44 would be the weapon of choice. So when it comes to bicep exercise and development, just why would you settle for some second class pea-shooters when you can build big biceps fast and pack some really big guns?

In as much as there may be a few whom for whatever reason may want to disagree, let’s face it; all men want big biceps. In particular, the guys with the noodle arms are the ones who desire big biceps fast and if they could get them overnight, they would. Biceps are the easiest muscles to show off without taking your clothes off and women love to wrap their arms around them when walking down the street. Seriously, don’t you think women are attracted to a nice set of arms? Of course they are. As I remember reading, the American Health Council says that building muscle can lead to stronger bones, increased metabolism and reduced risk of getting injured. Haha, I bet you’re probably thinking that some of these benefits are good and fine but you are not particularly thrilled about them. In any case, that‘s all besides the point and for later on down the road anyway. Right now, just like I did, you want to take care of the issue at hand which is to build big biceps fast.
